FAQ

Q1:What do I need to sand the concrete?

A1:First, you need a concrete polishing grinder, and secondly, grinding with 150 grit metal bond diamond (or finer, if needed). Apply a chemical hardener to make the concrete dense. Use 100 or 200 grit resin bonded diamond or a combination of both for polishing. Polished with 400 grit resin bond diamond.

Q2:How do you polish small concrete?

A2:Polish the completed cement sculpture with fine sandpaper. Begin with approximately 200-grit and finish with 400-grit. After the sculpture is smooth, rub with dry talc, if desired, for additional polishing. Allow the concrete sculpture to cure for approximately seven days .
