1.Motor

IVC-V1A is equipped with high quality motor fan, high efficiency, large air volume and high negative pressure. Each unit is configured with 3 of them to fully meet the demand for vacuum cleaning efficiency on site. Humanized design of 3 independent switches, independent control of the 3 motors, to meet the needs of different suction air volume.
The 3 motors are built into the head, the head is made of plastic molding material, which reduces the weight of the whole machine, and the mold is formed in one piece, which is beautiful and durable.

2.High-Efficiency Filtration

IVC-V1A is equipped with PTFE coated cartridge filter, for 0.3μm precision dust, the filtration efficiency reaches more than 99%, so that the dusty gas inhaled by the equipment can be purified more cleanly.

3. Uninterrupted Performance: Effective Dust Removal

Industrial vacuum cleaner after working for a period of time, the surface of the filter will be attached to a certain amount of dust, when accumulated to a certain extent will clog the filter. The equipment is designed to vibrate the dust structure: blowing back to clear the dust. This structure effectively cleans the dust attached to the surface of the filter cartridge, so that the dust is detached from the surface of the filter cartridge, to ensure that the filter is effectively ventilated, dust removal equipment continues to increase efficiency.
