A SuperBeautiful Floor (also called Shiningflat Floor) is a hardened concrete surface created through mechanical grinding and chemical hardening. This advanced process produces:

Step-by-Step Process to Create SuperBeautiful Floors
1. Floor Assessment
Before grinding, test the substrate with:
Mohs Pencil – Hardness
Gloss Meter – Reflectiveness
Rebound Hammer – Strength
Level Rule – Flatness
🚨 Remove all nails and metal debris to prevent machine damage.
2. Coarse Grinding (30# Metal Bonds)
Start with 30# HF metal pads (use 16#/20# for larger aggregate exposure)
Grind in criss-cross patterns with 20cm overlap for uniform scratches
Make 2 passes per track

3. Medium Grinding (60# & 120# Metal Bonds)
Switch to 60# metal pads after thorough vacuuming

Fill with fast-setting cement (1mm above surface)

Wait 2-4 hours before grinding
For holes <5mm (Machine Repair):

Sprinkle cement powder
Grind with 120# pads at 800-1000 RPM until semi-dry pellets form
Water cure 3-5x → Wait 30 minutes
5. Resin Polishing (C310 Series)
Progress through grits:
50# resin pads (1100 RPM)
100# resin pads (1200 RPM)
6. Hardening Treatment
Apply HTG-L01 Hardener:
Use 0.2-0.5kg/m² (undiluted)
Spread evenly with tiger-hair applicator
Keep surface wet for 30 minutes
Let cure 24 hours
7. Fine Polishing (200#-800# Resin Pads)
Progress through:
200# → 400# → 800# resin pads
8. Sealing & Final Polish
Apply S02 Sealer:
Ensure floor is dry, clean, and cool
Use 1kg per 25m²
When semi-dry, polish with 27S High-Speed Polisher + 1500# pads
