Step 3: fine grinding

After 4 hours of natural curing after hardening treatment, 50#/150#/300#/500# diamond resin grinding discs are used in turn for dry grinding treatment, and they are uniformly polished vertically and horizontally. The scratches left by each polishing process to the previous polishing process disappear. After the road is sanded, the dust left by the sanding must be cleaned up.

Step 4: Coloring

Protect the non-colored parts and walls of the finished product. Roll the coloring agent evenly on the surface of the concrete with a roller, and spread the coloring agent evenly with a dust pusher until it is completely and evenly absorbed by the concrete.

Step 5: Fixing

Sprinkle the concrete silicon crystal hardener or the concrete fixing hardener evenly on the surface of the concrete, and use the dust pusher to push it evenly.

Step 6: Fine grinding and polishing

Use a high-speed polishing machine with 2# diamond polishing pad (equivalent to 1000# polishing pad) to polish until a deep glass luster appears.
