Nowadays,concrete floor renovation has become a trendency. And the floor grinder plays an important role in concrete renovation.It can be used to grind,level and polish the floor surface to remove loose layer and attachment on floor surface.
However,the actual conditions of concrete are different,it can be soft,or hard,or ash,or uneven,even holes and cracks on surface.
While you grind the concrete,but the floor is too hard to grind down,what shall we do at this time?
1. Put the extra weight on the machine,or change a larger floor grinding machine with heavy weight to increase grinding pressure,this can help you to cut concrete down.
2. Use soft-based abrasives, sharper grinding discs, or the same number of grinding discs.
3. Reduce the speed of the machine.
4. Change dry grinding way to wet grinding.
No matter for the floor grinder, or the abrasives grinding discs, you should choose the correct material according to the floor condition,which can make your work more efficient.
