What you can do to make the floor better like following?

The existing concrete floor is being polished and treated with our Smart machine, pads and chemical products by numerous steps. We advise to make a sample on the actual floor. For a better understanding we advise to read the correspondingTechnical Data Sheets.
1. Check the surface condition 5 points on floor with test equipment and make a record.

2. Remove all contamination prior to start grinding the floor. Then grind the floor with diamond pad 30# until the floor is even(if the floor mohs hardness is 5 or more and you need quick cut ,you can use 16# pads)
3. Grind the floor with diamond pad 60# until the floor is even and ensure the scratches left by 30# diamond pads are removed
4. Clean the surface with scrubber or water and wait until the floor surface is dry, clean and no dust inside pores.

5. Spray the concrete repair agent. Repair the surface hole with grinding machine and diamond pad 120# (ensure scratches left by 60# diamond pads are removed) wait until the floor surface is dry.
6. Dry polish the floor with resin pads 50# (clean the floor to remove all excess paste first)
7. Dry polish the floor with resin pads 100# .

8. Clean the floor . Then apply Compound densifier HTG-EC-C01 until to dry(it is better to waiting for 4-24 hours)
9. Dry polish the floor with resin pads 200#.
10. Dry polish the floor with resin pads 400#.

11. Dry polish the floor with resin pads 800#.
12. Then apply sealer HTG-S02 with high speed polishing machine and 27"diamond pads HTG-DIP-HD027 1500# (you can use HTG-DIP-HD027 800# clean the surefire first before apply sealer )

CAUTION
The choice of the pads and subsequent sequence of steps depend very much on the hardness of the concrete. The above described method has proven to work very well on medium and good quality concrete. This document is merely a guideline, which should be adapted if necessary.
