This 27"eavy duty 1500 RPM high speed burnisheris built to last. The machine itself is constructed from a polished stainless steel deck, and a chrome plated steel body. This makes it nearly indestructible and looking like a new unit, even after years of use and/or abuse. With its professional appearance, and a low sound level output, you can easily burnish a section of commercial flooring without having to close down your entire store.

But there are some exceptions.However, floors that are wavy, need extensive patching, or are extremely porous may not be good candidates for polishing. An experienced contractor can usually determine a floor's suitability.
