Terrazzo floor renovation technology-crystal surface polishing process

The crystal surface polishing process mainly relies on the concrete sealing curing agent to create. It is a practical environmentally friendly chemical building material that can react with the cement components in the terrazzo floor to generate a solid silica sol substance, which will increase the hardness of the floor to the level of natural stone; the crystal surface polishing process is applied to the terrazzo floor and is used in the renovation of the floor. At the same time, the functionality of the ground is also strengthened, so that the ground has considerable anti-wear, dust and seepage capabilities.

2. Materials and tools needed for construction　　

The materials that need to be prepared mainly include concrete sealing curing agent, floor polishing liquid and various cutter heads, grinding discs and polishing pads;

The main tool is floor grinder.　　

3. Brief introduction of construction method　　

1. Base surface treatment: Proper treatment according to specific conditions, such as removing curing agents, oil stains, dust, building scum, wall residues, and removing loose materials left on the surface of the foundation.　　2. Grind with a grinder with 50#, 150#, 300# resin grinding discs (wet grinding with water). Grind 3 to 5 times according to the ground conditions, and it is required to be smooth and uniform, and polished horizontally and vertically. The smoother the ground, the better the post effect. Concrete sealing curing agent is applied on the aggregate floor 　　

3. After the ground is dry, spray the "concrete sealing curing agent" that has been mixed with water on the ground and push it evenly with dust until the material does not flow, and ensure that the absorption of the material on the ground is as consistent as possible. After the ground is dry, use 300# polishing pad to wet the ground with water.　　Note: The ratio of concrete sealing curing agent to water is 1:4 or 1:5, depending on the ground foundation. If the ground foundation is poor, the amount of water can be appropriately reduced.　　

4. Clean the floating slurry. After the ground is completely dry, spray the "concrete sealing curing agent" again, push it evenly with dust until the material does not flow, and ensure that the absorption of the material on the ground is as consistent as possible. After that, use 500#, 1000#, 2000# grinding discs for overall ground polishing. Concrete sealing curing agent is applied on the terrazzo floor 　　

5. Clean the floating slurry. After the ground is completely dry, spray "Floor Polishing Liquid", and then dry the ground with a high-speed polishing machine with 1# or 3# animal hair pad. (If you don't have a high-speed polishing machine, you can use a grinder with a dry polishing pad for polishing).
