CONGLORY presents the CB1-8E4, a walk-behind, self-propelled shot blasting machine designed for small to medium-sized surface preparation projects. Combining a permanent magnet motor, touchscreen controls and ergonomic one-hand operation, it brings practical control to everyday jobsite tasks.

 

Permanent Magnet Motor with Variable Frequency Drive

 

The CB1-8E4 features a 4 kW permanent magnet motor with a variable frequency drive for stable blasting performance. Its 200 mm working width makes it a compact option for surface cleaning and preparation.

 

Touchscreen Control and Self-Propelled Operation

 

The integrated touchscreen allows operators to view operating information and adjust parameters. Handle-mounted drive controls support ergonomic one-hand operation, while the self-propelled system offers a travel speed range of 0–18 m/min.

 

Applications for Concrete, Asphalt and Steel

 

The CB1-8E4 is designed for cleaning and preparing concrete and asphalt surfaces, removing old coatings and traffic markings, and treating steel plates and weld seams. It can also be used to improve surface skid resistance and restore pavement texture.

 

Dust Collection for Cleaner Operation

 

Designed for use with the HTG-V3A dust extractor, the CB1-8E4 supports dust collection during blasting. The specified extractor features automatic jet-pulse filter cleaning and continuous bag collection to support ongoing work.
