2026 Xingyi 5th Abrasive Festival: Better Abrasives, Better Floors

November 1–30, 2026 | New Diamond Grinding & Polishing Tools

Better abrasives make better floors.

The 2026 Xingyi 5th Abrasive Festival is officially underway! From November 1 to 30, XINGYI and HTG are introducing new diamond grinding and polishing tools designed for different concrete floor conditions, helping contractors achieve more efficient grinding and higher-quality polished concrete finishes.

This year's festival focuses on expanding our abrasive solutions for different floor hardness levels, machine sizes, and polishing requirements.

New Abrasives for Different Concrete Floors

Selecting the right diamond tools is essential for achieving consistent grinding performance and a high-quality finish.

The new HTG abrasive range includes:

HTG-M5 & HTG-M6: Metal-Bond Diamond Grinding Tools

The HTG-M5-2L-VSB and HTG-M6-2L-VSB are designed for concrete floors with a Mohs hardness of 5–6.

HTG-M5-2L-VSB: 30/40 grit

HTG-M6-2L-VSB: 50/60 and 100/120 grit

These tools provide different grinding stages for concrete surface preparation and refinement, allowing contractors to select the appropriate grit according to floor conditions and finishing requirements.

HTG-R3: Resin Diamond Polishing Pads

The HTG-R3 is suitable for concrete, emery, and inorganic terrazzo surfaces with a Mohs hardness of 4–7.

It is designed for the polishing stages of concrete floor finishing. For enhanced gloss after 800 grit, additional diamond polishing pads are recommended.

HTG-ST4-MB: Diamond Grinding Tools for Softer Floors

The HTG-ST4-MB features 30-grit diamonds and is suitable for floors with a Mohs hardness of 3–4, including raw concrete and epoxy surfaces.

For best results, equipment weighing 500 kg or more is recommended.

HTG-R4: Polishing Pads for Industrial Floor Applications

The HTG-R4 is suitable for concrete, emery, and inorganic terrazzo surfaces with a Mohs hardness of 3–5.

For best results, it is recommended for use with grinding equipment weighing 500 kg or more.

Together, these abrasive options help contractors select suitable grinding and polishing tools for different flooring projects.

More Abrasive Options, Better Floor Finishes

From initial concrete grinding to fine polishing, the right combination of diamond tools can make a significant difference in the final floor appearance.

With the introduction of these new abrasives, XINGYI and HTG continue to expand their grinding and polishing solutions for:

Industrial concrete floors

Warehouses and logistics facilities

Commercial polished concrete

Emery and dry-shake hardened floors

Inorganic terrazzo surfaces

Concrete surface preparation and polishing

Whether working with harder concrete or softer substrates, choosing suitable abrasives helps improve grinding consistency and achieve the desired floor finish.
