Operating Instructions for Floor Grinding Machine
1. Place the machine flat on the ground.
2. Remove the motor cover to check the belt tightness. If the belt is too loose, press down the handle to lift the chassis, loosen the chassis screws (4 screw holes are oval), adjust the screw positions in the oval holes to tighten the belt, and then Install the motor cover. (The three-head grinder directly removes the motor cover to check the belt tightness, which can be directly adjusted).
3. After the chassis is tilted, the grinding disc is exposed, the grinding head is installed in the fixed position of the chassis, and then the grinding head is locked so that there is no looseness.
4. Slowly put the machine back on the ground to make the grinding disc touch the ground.
5. Plug in the power source.
6. Turn on the vacuum cleaner switch, turn on the power switch, and the machine starts to run.
7. After the machine is running, push forward slowly so that it touches the grinding area.
8. During the operation, if there is any abnormality, please press the OFF button to stop the machine.
9. After the machine has been working for 50 minutes, turn off the power and turn on the upper and lower compartments of the vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust in the compartment and the cotton net in the compartment.
10. The machine should be stopped first when replacing the grinding disc.
11. After the machine finishes working, turn off the power switch and turn off the vacuum cleaner switch.
12. Use environment
12.1:
The air pump should be placed in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The installation surface should be firm and flat.
12.2:
If the power supply uses only 90% of the allowable allowable pressure under continuous load, the allowable voltage fluctuation range is increased or decreased by plus or minus 10%
12.3: Preparation before startup
(1) Check that the air pump is fastened, whether the firmware is loose or falling off, the shell should not be deformed or misplaced, and everything should be intact.
(2) Check whether the motor wiring is correct and the power supply voltage is normal. Only after everything is normal can the energized operation work.
(3) Ground the air pump shell and install a leakage protector.
(4) Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.

It is strictly forbidden to start the air pump when it is connected!
12.4: Normal operation
When the air pump is running normally, it should be stable, with normal vibration, temperature rise and noise. It is strictly forbidden to use hard connections at the inlet and outlet of the air pump, and must use soft connections.
12.5: Abnormal situation
During the operation of the air pump, if there is an abnormal increase in noise, screaming, increased vibration, or abnormal temperature rise, the power supply should be cut off for inspection immediately, and the power should be turned on after the fault is removed.
13. Maintenance and maintenance
13.1: Keep the surface of the air pump clean.
13.2: The filter screen of the air pump inlet and outlet should always be kept clean to avoid clogging and affecting the performance and normal operation of the air pump.
13.3: When replacing the bearings in a timely manner, the bearing specifications and bearing grease should meet the requirements, and the replacement of the bearings should be performed by professional maintenance personnel.
